I have used Team Adaptive for 10 plus years. I have always had exceptional customer service. I used there office in Mobile with Ashley for all those years. Now she has the store in Florida so I had to follow her. She is so professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. I have bought 2 conversion vehicles, lift chairs, and wheelchair ramps from Ashley. I would highly recommend her office in Florida. She definitely knows how to help her customers.

Team Adaptive in Pensacola is my last stop for care with my wheelchair lift. Ashley and Ken go way beyond what is required to insure the customer is cared for and happy.. They made me feel I was their only customer and made several trips to my location to fix my lift well enough to get it to their shop.
