2022 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

Got stranded in the grey ghost due to a factory recall issue that I did not know about. The folks at Dave Sinclair got it in and out and took care of other recall items I was unaware of. Appreciate their prompt service and customer service.

My wife was looking for a new Pacifica minivan and had been to another dealership (Auto Centers Nissan) who tried every trick and scam tactic to get her hooked into a bad deal. Luckily we walked away and went straight to our hometown dealership Dave Sinclair!! Dennis was fully transparent and treated us with dignity even knowing we didn’t have the best credit. He took us straight to exactly what we were looking for and allowed me to drive the van home to show my wife. Once we decided we wanted to buy he a had deal ready to go in about an hour. Would have been sooner but they were short a finance manager that day due to a family emergency. I cannot say enough about how well they treated us, our trade in amount was exactly on with expectation, all of the numbers were good and worked for us and they took the time to make sure we were comfortable. My wife left with her dream van and they even washed and filled it up one last time before she drove off. Talk about a family oriented dealer; we had six kids waiting and they even gave them chips and water and allowed them to explore the lot and see more amazing cars they have. We aren’t usually a dodge Chrysler family (needed a minivan) but I think we may have became Dave Sinclair customers for life.
