2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

I've been on a four month quest to find just the right AWD SUV for my wife Dani, looked in all the usual sites; Carfax, Cargurus, Cars, Autotrader, the dealer networks, even Enterprise. There's alot out there both good and bad. A week ago Thursday I came across the Next Mile online and browsed nice vehicles from all makes and models with reasonable mileage (under 55K) and competitive prices. I got a text from Ryan Grangood who invited me to visit their new facility in Farmington Hills, he prepared THREE different SUVs for us to test drive. Dani and I showed up on Saturday, got to know Ryan, and test drove a Lincoln, a Buick, and a Dodge. All were well equipped, so it was up to Dani. She decided on a 2018 Dodge Durango GT, she likes Mopar. Ryan introduced us to Logan Stanek, the team manager, and they made the deal work for us. We came back on Tuesday to pick up the vehicle and it was just pristine! And the happy look on my wife's face, well...priceless!!! Thank you Ryan, Logan, and Team Next Mile, I highly recommend them!

Bought an Acadia from Ryan a few months back, could not have been a better experience! Very personable and made the car buying experience enjoyable. On top of the great atmosphere, Ryan was able to take care of all the details in-house so we didn't have to deal with the secretary of state. 10/10 will buy our next car from Ryan at Next Mile again!
