2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

I had the best experience purchasing my vehicle, this review is long overdue. I’ve had My Jeep for a couple months now and it is perfect. Any problems I had the owner went above and beyond to get it sorted out, the people who run this business are great, truly professional, and great customer service, the owner was really good at solving problems I think his name his Dallas, he never leave is customer unhappy, thanks Dallas and sale person, who sold me my vehicle did not try to rush to me to make a decision, he just gave me all the information I needed to make a executive decision. The Customer service here is great, and I am going to recommend it to all my friends.

Update: Dallas reached out and offered to to pay towards the cost of the repair after seeing my feedback. I appreciate the time he took to call and try to work out a common ground to leave the transaction on a positive note. :) The experience started out great. We are about 2 hours away from the dealership and they drove the truck out to us for a test drive and coordinated a loaner for us while they took the truck back to do some cosmetic repairs after we purchased. But a couple weeks after we purchased this truck the check engine light came on... got it checked out and it was a sensor code and a transmission code that was triggering the light to come on. We called the dealership since we have had the truck for such a short time and Dallas the manager assured us this would be covered under their warranty but after 3 days of not having the vehicle while it was in the shop the 3rd party warranty company will not cover the repairs and we will be stuck with the bill. Does not leave a good taste in my mouth as we are having to pay for repairs on a vehicle we have not even made the first payment on.
