I had actually walked into her dealership down south the day before and the experience was not what I had hoped. I had three different makes that I was looking at and had actually seen one or two I was interested in. I was intrigued by a late model Used car at KIA NA and that’s really what I came to see. From the minute, I walked into the door. I was greeted so cordially and was ultimately paired with Delane Sheppherd, my salesman extraordinaire. What a pleasant young man. So calming knowledgeable, and kind but most importantly, straight up and honest. It didn’t take long for me to realize that I really really wanted was a brand new 2024 forte GT line. Everyone from the front desk to the super sweet big gentleman in parts and service all the way down the line or nothing but professional and most helpful. But the trophy goes to a salesman. Can’t say enough about him and if he’s around when I’m looking for my next car, I know who I’m gonna come calling on. Jerome Knight was excellent at guiding me in purchasing my new 2024 Kia Soul! It was very easy and not nerve wracking like most car purchases and be either i was 100 percent confident on my choice. Richard Williams was an outstanding finance representative and made everything very easy to understand and quick to finish as far as paperwork goes!
