I recently purchased a new car from Copeland. I have been familiar with this dealership for many years. Tom is a salesman who is a new addition to the Copeland team. It was a pleasure to work with Tom, he brings excellent knowledge base and customer service to the already fantastic team at Copeland. He was always available any time of day if we had any questions. Along with the rest of the team, Joe, Brian, that we worked with, our experience at Copeland was by far #1 compared to other dealerships we used in the past. I highly recommend Copeland for your next car purchase. Tom is an excellent salesman to work with. Polite, efficient,always offering to help with anything we needed during the purchase process and in the future.

I purchased a used car this summer 2024. Tom was a great sales man who went above and beyond to accommodate with my schedule. The process of purchasing my vehicle went smooth. Given my situation, I was flying out of the country and they were able to have all paperwork the same day. Therefore, I was out the door with my car and everything was all set. I would recommend them because they are understanding and put you first. It took me some time to write this review. I have to say after 2 months or so of having the car, nothing has failed. It was worth the price.

I would like to thank Joe and Ross for helping me purchase my Silverado, they were excellent at their work and great at helping me with everything I needed! They are fast and practical at what they do! Good job boys! I really appreciate that and recommend anyone!
