2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

From the time I walked in to the Basil Toyota showroom, I was welcomed and treated with respect. My budget was never pushed, questions were answered, and I never felt like I was being rushed. I drove three vehicles, and we worked together evaluating the pros and cons of the two vehicles I was considering. I highly recommend salesman Tyler Supples and give high marks to financing and service teams because this 7-year old Forester looks, smells, and drives like brand new.

My first time buying here. What a difference from the place that uses the buffalo bills to promote them. I felt no pressure. Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was lied to or cheated, like the other big toyota dealer. The atmosphere at Basil is great, everyone is friendly. I ?? my 4 runner!!!

Just wanted to share a positive review my mother Diane and I had buying a new hybrid Rav4 from Donny in Lockport! I had called around a few dealerships when i thought a deal offered to my mom was unfair/misleading, and you’re receptionists were the most helpful and kind which led me to coming in and I’m so grateful to have been met by Donny at the door! He was welcoming, super patient, and most importantly honest and upfront. He was everything we were looking for in a car salesman! When the other dealership tried to beat Donny’s offer he was quick to respond and match any offers and he deservedly got our business!! I cant say enough about how comfortable he made the experience! I know my mom will be servicing all her toyotas here in the future. I already referred one person his way and gave them my card since Donny didnt have his own at the time so please have him send me some and I will keep referring his way!
