During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. AMAZING!!!! Customer service was superb! Brian, Sam, Chance, Rose, and Hon were all amazing and treated us like family! It’s so refreshing to have a Volkswagen dealership locally that GETS it and wants to do the best they can for each and every customer that walks through the door! Lucky enough to be their first customer and we purchased this GR Corolla as they await their inventory! Coming back quickly though for my mother who wants to trade her Atlas in on a new Taos!
