Excellent Service department. I needed work done on my Ram truck, called 2 other places and it was a 3+ week wait. Called lockwood they got me in within 2 days, I dropped the truck off early and they got started early and I had it back and ready to go before my scheduled appointment time even came up. Highly recommend.

I purchased a car at Lockwood Motors a week ago. Within a few days it broke down. The car I purchased was purchased " as is" Lockwood motors had no obligation to help me. When I called they felt bad. With in 12 hours they towed my car in and gave me a loaner car. They fixed the problem at no charge to me. These are honest people. They care about their customers. Went in after hitting a deer, not in the best situation to be in; figuring this was going to be a long shot; but the vehicle had to be replaced as soon as possible or I would need to find closer employment. First, started with putting in a form on the website on a vehicle I figured was a very big long shot of obtaining, not the most expensive but it was brand new. Second, Terrell (Salesman) and Mark (Finance) did an awesome job to ensure we were able to get into the vehicle as promptly as they could. (Some slowness with finance company, not Lockwood Motors fault) Today (Aug 4th, 2023) I was able to drive away in a dream car, brand new, and absolutely love it. I sincerely appreciate the hard work that these two upstanding guys did, as where another dealership turned their nose up at us right away and left us demoralized. Highly recommend speaking with Terrell if looking to buy from here and looking for a car salesman that cares and loves his job, and is willing to do everything he can to ensure you leave happy!
