I was interested in a special 2019 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X with very low mileage (under 9,000 actual miles based on Carfax). I test drove it and found to my liking around the 16th of March. Discussed the trade-in value of my vehicle along with an pre-approved Auto Loan Check from my credit union (the dealership offered something around 9.75% financing where my credit union offered 6.75% financing). The sales staff would contact me here and there with us debating on a resolution on a final price to close the deal. Lots of interest on this truck and I was surprised it was still there on the lot. Anyways we came to a agreement and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Very pleased with topping off the gas tank. What was interesting was the newer Nissan had a dead battery. That was finally rectified. It was late during the day and most of their maintenance staff was gone for today. I would suggest highlight when this happens to equip the sales staff with a toolbox with tools that may be of need. With the dealership being very clean, responsive and support, I'll give it a A+! The finance manager (Charles with the Boston accent) was a actual pleasure to work with! Very great to work with also! He explained in great detail how the transaction was broken down including my financing with my bank, offered really good prices on extended warranties and he actually seen to enjoy his job. If I was still in the retail business where I was a manager at OfficeMax and/or Lowe's, I would pay a great deal of salary/commission to have him around! Final notes, the truck on the lot I purchased had a dead battery. We came to agreement to take my battery out of my vehicle to exchange it in the one I purchased. This is highly doubt to the dealership because the vehicle is only driven around $1,600 Mi a year. The previous owner just didn't maintain it with a battery charger. Today I drove by auto advance where I purchased the battery from. I still had a warranty on it. They installed a $260 battery and free a charge to the new for me Nissan Frontier. As for the truck, it is performing perfectly! Still trying to figure out all the options included than my Nissan Frontier SV. When I purchase another vehicle from this dealership, if Charles is still there damn straight!
