2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Everyone was so incredibly nice and accommodating to everything. Ben was so informative and kept me up to date every step of the way. I was able to talk to a tech about all my questions and he was more than happy to answer and help me understand everything. Everyone did an amazing job!

Service was good, as usual. I received a promotional coupon for an oil change discount. I provided it upon arrival for the work. In the final bill, I later noted I did not get the discount. This happened the last time I received an oil change and provided a coupon. I went back to the service department, and took a "store Credit" for the future. All is well that ends well, but I did need to spend another half hour in time to turn around. Last time it happend - I let it ride and said nothing.

I drove in without an appointment on a busy work day because I had blown out my tire. They immediately ordered a new one and installed it and I was out within 2 hours so I could get back to work. Great service with a smile.
