2023 Chrysler Voyager LX

Got my car about a month ago and i’m so happy i did, Carlos Montalvo was very helpful throughout the entire process and was very understanding of what i wanted. I had a great experience here. Jay in sales went above and beyond to help me out. Eddie in finance was very knowledgeable, kind, hard working and very helpful. Tyler in finance also exceeded all of my expectations and was a huge relief in the whole process. His customer service is unmatched. 10/10 recommend anyone to get a new car here!

They have recently within this year hired basically an entire new team. I am so impressed of the AMAZING customer service experience I received from sales all the way up to general manager! No one at anytime tried to pressure or tag team or guilt you into purchasing everyone was above and beyond FANTASTIC! ! ! So much so my husband who never buys Nissian and even at one point when buying my last ride insisted on me branching out other manufactures etc. Well of course that didn’t last long went back to Nissian Robbins purchased my 3rd new ride from them as well as my husband who was just blown away by everyone decided to purchase his new truck from them. I can honestly speak of the amazing service received from Wilio Pavlov’s & Daniel Elizondo sales, Angel Bautista you guys really impressed me. Clare Eustaquio loyalty rewards specialist. Tyler Miller lead finance personal & Eddie loan manager you guys offer the type of experience everyone wishes they could have but is very rare. I’m truly thankful I had the chance to experience it with Nissian Robins. I feel like I’ve left with a few new friends who I can call whenever if ever need anything with there “go above and beyond” attitude for the customers. Robbins isn’t like norm dealerships at all. Yes I’ve purchased a few other new cars from this location was good customer service over the years but now it’s not just good it is ABOVE & BEYOND! The new team in place at Robbins really shows the many years of experience and customer service and genuine care of getting you what you want and need. Do yourself a favor stop in just look around you’ll see the difference right away from other places and will want to buy with them. I’m so HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS THE EASE OF EVERYTHING THE TIMLY MANNER OF GETTING IN AN OUT AND GETTING WHAT I WANTED AND THEN SOME. Thank you so much Nissian team you guys are AMAZING! ! !
