Amazing experience!! Hector and Devon were great to work with on my purchase of a new 2024 GMC Canyon. Went to other dealerships prior to coming out to Everett from Tacoma and it was well worth the drive! Vehicle was priced with a great discounted price and they gave me the best value for my trade and made the deal happen. The finance manager worked hard on our approval as well. Went in to look at new trucks and trade mine in. Tony Bravo was my sales rep, he made sure he knew exactly what I was looking for. He pulled out all the stops made sure I looked at every truck I was interested in. The whole sales team and associates were very polite and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Never did I feel pressured to buy anything, or make a quick decision. I appreciate them and will be recommending them to everyone.

Oh my goodness what an amazing experience! So a friend of mine suggested that my son go to these folks when he was looking for a car recently. After the run around we'd been given with another dealership in the area these folks were like a breath of fresh air! First: they listened to us. Second: they were respectful, polite, and caring! They even brought in food and fed us snacks and pizza during the transaction process! I am a diabetic so it is important for me to eat on time to avoid a diabetic crash. Third: as the transaction proceeded we discovered that the sales manager was a gentleman that my husband and I had previously purchased a minivan from. He was awesome then and he came through for us again! Fourth: the vehicle we were interested in was a bit older and had a lot of miles on it. These folks were able to get us a 2021 Chevy Equinox! It is the newest car we have ever owned!!! And we love it. With service like what the professionals at Pierre GMC demonstrated you just can't go wrong!
