Had the most amazing experience with my daughter buying her first car. Craig Wilson responded to her message on the website that she was interested in a car on their lot and Craig got back to her in a timely manner and his customer service was impeccable, friendly, and just a joy to be around. Their prices were the best around and they gave full disclosure of vehicle maintenance and the carfax. Travis helped us with the extended warranty and paperwork and he as well was friendly and kind. Have been helping my mom who’s in her 70s look for a car for over 6 months. Every site and dealership we visited tried putting her in something that didn’t fit her needs. We told Dominic and his staff one time what she needed, what’s important to her, and they didn’t show her anything unless it fit that criteria. They were super personable and beyond helpful during the whole process. Ended up finder her a car she absolutely loves for better price than she expected and raves about the dealership to everyone who will listen. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Gene Pankey.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership. They were fantastic to work with. They made the whole process of test drive and arranging for me to be able to take it for an independent inspection a breeze. The car was in great condition and the engine impeccably clean. They proactively provided me with the carfax on the car and also went over the details on it with me. Their finance guy also got me a better interest rate on my loan than I acquired; a lower interest rate by a significant amount. A special thank you to Craig for being so accommodating.
