2023 Chrysler Voyager LX

I didn’t end up purchasing, but the team was more than helpful during my new vehicle search. First, I wanted the vehicle inspected by a dealer with their own service team. So they were kind enough to drop the vehicle off at a Certified Toyota dealer in Kalamazoo where a full point inspection was conducted. Also, they knew I was coming into town via train so they picked me up at the Kalamazoo station and the owner dropped me off for my return train when I decided not to purchase the vehicle I came to see. Great team, they will treat you right.

I purchased a 2005 Lincoln Towncar from Kal. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. I purchased the car sight unseen and he gave me the opportunity to not go through with the deal when it was delivered. Of course the car being 18 years old I didn't expect it to be perfect. After 4 days of owning it I am very happy with the car. I'm searching for some missing odds and ends in the exterior but all of those will be inexpensive, just cosmetics basically. The engine is like new even though it has 127,000 miles on it. After searching and searching Kal had the car for me. I would purchase another car from Rice. Thankyou Kal for all your help. Top tier service and great buying experience! I've been in search of just the right Jeep Renegade for awhile now and when I saw this Orange Trailhawk pop up on the lot at David rice auto I had to check it out! Definitely recommend working with Khal. He made everything from test driving the car, to talking about financing, to signing the papers super simple and explained everything really well. Everyone there seems like they truly care about making sure your totally happy with your purchase and even when something came up on the car, Khal stayed and touch was more than happy to get everything taken care of and answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be telling my friend's to check out David rice next time they're in search of a used car at a great price.
