Just bought a Nissan Rogue and I had a fantastic experience here. Kaleb was my salesperson and he was excellent. If you want a car I recommend you go see him. He was very honest when getting us into the car we wanted. He took all the time we needed. This happened to be all day. He never wavered and stood by all of our requests. My daughter-in-law was miles from home and on the highway when she got a warning message displayed on the console in her Rogue. My son, who is away on drills, called me, upset that they were having this issue, which also occurred just a few months prior and ended up resulting in a breakdown and very expensive ($4600) repair in another state and different Nissan dealership. They were concerned the previous dealer did a bad repair and it would've been difficult if not impossible to get the car back to the earlier dealership to do a warranty repair. I directed them to Tim Dahle Bountiful, which was the closest to where she pulled over, and while initially she didn't hear back over the weekend, which caused some stress, I was got involved over the phone with Travis Monday and we reviewed possible causes for the warning as well as other repairs to authorize. We came up with a possible solution . Only time will tell if it resolves it, but I really enjoyed working with him and felt we were treated extremely well.
