2023 Chrysler Voyager LX

I purchased a Transit connect van for my auto detailing business. Jeff was great, answered all of my questions, fixed any issues with the vehicle prior to purchasing and was easy to work with. A week after purchasing the vehicle, I received a call from him just to check in and see how I enjoying the vehicle. I found that to be very unusual for a car salesperson to check in with their customer after the sale but I very much appreciated the phone call/check up. I also received a thank you card in the mail as well. Going those extra steps for your customers is why I'm recommending Jeff and giving Phil Fitts Ford a 5 star review.

This is my second time having my car get body work at Phil fits and I can’t say enough good things. Paula and Tony have both been so helpful and kind. Even taking the time to send me photos once my car was completed. They also offer detailing which I have taken advantage of 4 or 5 times and they do a wonderful job! 10/10 would go to them for all body work/detailing needs!

He listened to my needs and did not settle for anything less than what I was looking for. Noelle was amazing when it came to dealing with the paperwork and packaging details for my vehicle.
