We needed the DEF pump changed to get home to California. They had the parts and got it done in a very efficient matter. We were on our way!!! Everyone was very helpful.
I love the sales staff and have always been treated very well, but the recent service I was not happy with! The mechanic removed the cabin air filter and did not put it back. He didn’t put the cover back or the glovebox door! He just left it on the floor. I had already got home and hooked on my trailer for my trip when I found the glovebox door laying on the floor. I had to go all the way back to town and buy a filter and put my truck back together! I did not go back to the dealer because I was leaving early the next morning and didn’t have time to wait around for them to open.????
