2023 Chrysler Voyager LX

We bought a truck here about a month ago. It was a really good experience. Our salesman was very nice and not too pushy. We knew what we wanted when we went there and it was a pretty easy process. We were there in the evening and test drove in the dark. My husband did the test drive. On our way home I drove part of the way and noticed a chip in the windshield. I couldn’t believe we just bought a truck with a chipped windshield. I contacted my sales associate and he put us in touch with the service department and they scheduled us to replace the windshield right away. No charge to us and it was really easy to get done. They didn’t try to get us to pay for it or just keep it. There was no fight, they just did the right thing. We will be back! I think our salesman was Nate. We bought a 2023 Laramie RAM. Very happy with the purchase and experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Grieger's in Valparaiso. I searched many vehicles from many local and some not so local dealerships. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life, so I not only seek out the vehicle I like, but an honest and transparent sales associate as well. Phil Johnston is as such. Phil was extremely helpful, open and honest about everything the vehicle had. Including a flaw that I didn't even realize the vehicle had. He took a picture of the flaw and is setting up a time when it will be repaired. I will follow-up on that as well. Nonetheless, as of this moment, I am well pleased with the vehicle and especially Phil, who in my opinion, went well above and beyond what one would expect in a car salesman. Very professional and honest... That's a great quality in a sales associate. My next vehicle will be at Grieger's if Phil is my sales person.

Phil Johnston and the team were awesome to work with! Everything was very clear and they helped answer every question I had. I'm loving my new Jeep Gladiator! Will certainly be coming back for future maintenance and vehicles.
