Wow! I was looking for a Dodge 3500 and was dreading going to a dealership because of our past experiences. We were already in negotiations with another dealer who was being unreasonable. We happened to keep looking and found this one online when we called we talked to the manager Nathan and confirmed was still available. We let them know we would be driving from an hr away, when we arrived the truck was prepped and ready for test drive. Our salesman Thomas was kind, respectful, and really patient with us despite he was working with other clients. Roland in financing submitted us to our preferred lender and got us out the door quick. They gave us a good deal on our trade and this is the fastest best experience we have ever had at a dealership! We definitely will be doing business with brown in the future!
