2018 Chrysler Pacifica LX

Jana was super helpful and let me have a long test drive. When we got back I was able to test the speakers, and all the features. Making the deal was easy, they gave me a good value on my trade and a great deal on my new car. They gave me plenty of space and time to call my wife and talk it over. No pushy sales tactic and understanding of my situation and why I was doing a trade. I would definitely go back for another car in 6 years!

I would give this dealer a 5 star based off our salesman Justin Hack, but the reason for a 4 star is because the older finance guy we had to deal with at first. We went in knowing what we wanted and didn’t want but the finance guy tried pushing and saying we had to get certain things, like gap coverage. I’m not financing gap coverage and I wouldn’t suggest anyone does. You can get gap coverage cheaper outside the dealer or through your own insurance, why pay interest on something like that. Justin took care of us and got it removed fast and we were done with our deal. I’d recommend Justin to everyone and will return when I want to trade in my bmw, but I will only deal with Justin Hack.

Nice clean dealership. Gabby was my salesperson and did a great job. Truck I got ended up having cupped tires and they wouldn’t replace them. Figured I got a decent deal on the truck so went and got new tires.
