To each its own. For me, buying from Winner Chevrolet was a very pleasing experience. My purchase was a pre-owned 2020 Kia Soul. By the time I arrived to my appointment with them, I had already researched about the vehicle, and the vehicle was out in the parking lot waiting to be taken on a drive test. My vendor, John, was courteous, and interested in assiting me at every step of the purchase. They even mailed me some delicious brownies as an after-purchase courtesy! I would definitely buy another pre-owned from them.
Couldn’t find what I wanted anywhere in Reno/Carson City so decided to order this Beauty straight from Chevy. Even then the dealers in Reno/Carson didn’t seem to want to help and if they did, wanted above retail. I called Winner and was helped by Caleb over the phone and e-mail. A few months later my truck was delivered exactly as ordered. From start to finish they were totally professional and provided Great service.
Great experience buying a new 2021 Camaro! Been looking for a 2SS 1LE in Shadow Grey for awhile and found this brand new one that just finished its PPI the day before. Brand new! John was a great and patient salesman while we were working out the numbers. It’s honestly hard to find a pressure free sales environment, especially with cars and I’ve purchased several of various makes and models. Worth the 2.5 hr drive and couldn’t be happier. Thanks John and Ryder, I’ll visit soon! (sorry if I got the name wrong)
