Usually, this is a nice experience. Simple oil change didn't go as nice as usual. Employees in the quick change bay didn't seem to take their job seriously. They asked if I wanted the car washed and then didn't do it. The process already took too long. Coffee machine wasn't working in the waiting area.
Great service experience! Especially with Paris taking such good care of me in a very stressful situation!!
Appointment setting was easy. They told me it would take 45 min and it took just that! It was my first visit and a great overall experience. The service department is set up beautifully, better than any other Ford/Lincoln dealership I’ve ever visited. I am from Missouri and just moved to Sioux Falls. I highly recommend Sioux Falls Lincoln based on my initial impression and experience.
