2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring

I drove from Texarkana to pick up my truck. When I picked it up, I noticed the vents on the passenger side were all closed. I didn’t really think anything about it. Then, I figured out that the duel sided climate control was messed up and nobody said anything about it. I called my salesman to ask about it. I got his voicemail and left a message for him to call me back. He never did. I love my truck and everyone there was very nice, but that kinda left a bad taste in my mouth.

I walked onto the lot expecting one of those pesky salesmen to be breathing down my neck. Instead I was given time to look. Then I had the privilege to meet the salesman of my dreams. Gy was so courteous and professional. Never NEVER once did I feel pressured. Once I decided to purchase my F-150 the process got even easier. The financing was quick and was explained clearly. Everyone at this dealership was so friendly. It was obvious all the employees enjoyed working there. In the future I will purchase my vehicles from this dealership. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of buying my new truck from J.O. Williams Motors and Gy Gillis. Thank you JO Williams!

I found my car online, did the pre approval, Elias called/text me the next morning! He was very courteous, professional and helpful! He brought the car to my job for me to test drive, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me! I only dealt with my salesman and the finance manager and they made the experience easy!
