2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring

Very easy transaction. The salesman, Michael, worked tirelessly with us to make the new van deal work. He was in a time crunch as the deal that AMS was offering at the time was ending and had numerous deals in progress. He was even responding to my phone calls and emails while he was traveling for a family event. We got a fabulous deal on our 2012 Toyota trade in. The ramp didn’t even work and they still gave us $16,000 for it. We only had one concern and it was quickly addressed. When the conversation was made, it eliminated the storage space for the spare tire. The spare tire was just sitting in the cargo are. We were not expecting that and needed a follow up explanation. We also had to call to get the jack for the spare tire change. But they mailed to us in a very reasonable time. Those were not big issues. We absolutely love the van and will get many years of safe, comfortable use. I will buy from them again in the future.

AMS creates an easy and timely experience for the buyer. Our delivery was easy and th option to test drive before the final receipt is great as well. They wash it and fill the tank up for you also. The only negative I would say we had was with the customer sales rep who we worked with purchasing the van. Nice person, however lacked follow-up and general customer experience in our opinion, but everyone has bad days. Overall, I would recommend them for your van purchases.

Allen is very professional. He provided all the needed documents to my credit union within a few minutes upon request. He helped submitted the $1000 Toyota rebate a few days after my purchase. Toyota also sent me a check within 2 weeks. I am very happy with my purchase at AMS vans. Highly recommended!
