2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring

Saw their post on Facebook for this vehicle. The owner (Simon) was very responsive to my messages and answered my questions. He made sure I knew it’s not a perfect vehicle which by the price and description I already assumed. When I arrived he had the vehicle out and ready to test drive. After the test drive it was obvious it needed brakes and the tire low air light was on. The owner worked with me on the asking price due to the brakes. They did not have a tire gauge but tried filling the tires with a small charger/air compressor. (That issue didn’t get resolved till we got home and used our air compressor) no biggy! The vehicles here are auction purchased and have their issues but are priced accordingly. They are a cash only business no financing. Owner does not apply any pressure tactics and is open and honest. I did not get the license plate through them because I wanted a personalized plate so I had to wait for them to turn in the paperwork to SOS. He did that the next day and called me when SOS processed the paperwork so I could go and get my plate and registration. It’s a no frills nothing special business with good prices and an honest owner.

I really loved the coustomer service and he answered everything question I had.They really took the time out to really help with your purchase..I would definitely recommend them.
