Even though I wasn’t able to come away with the car I wanted I wanted to just give praise to Al for his communication, Attentiveness, and understanding. We had communicated back and fourth about a car I was strongly interested in. A used car is a used car and you have to have due diligence when purchasing, I expressed my concerns to Al and he was understanding, always eager to listen to what I had to say (which was a lot) and never made me feel pressured for my purchase. I know sometime down the road I will revisit Nallys solely based on my interaction!
