I did a little research online, I was looking for an Audi and came across a very nice Q5 3.0T S Line at Redrock Honda. I called spoke to Billy Feigen and made an appointment to meet with him. I was greeted by Billy as I walked into the dealership, we sat down and talked about the car and financing. I was already pre qualified so we went to look at the Audi. I drove it and was very impressed with the vehicle and decided I would buy it. The entire process was laid back and friendly. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Buzz in the finance department was great as well. It was the best experience I've had at a dealership, and i was very happy with what they gave me for my trade. I will definitely be buying from Billy and Buzz at Red Rock Honda again in the future and will be referring my family and friends to them. Great Job Guys, You Rock. John P.
This review extends to all of the Red Rock dealers. Went to a couple, called a few more. One thing I noticed was consistent at each were the enthusiasm and professionalism of the employees. Personable and understanding. Shout out to Sinjin at Honda for the best service I’ve had in any industry. Can’t wait for the next time I need to visit!
