2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring

I just purchased a "new to me" 2016 Dodge Caravan from Tom's Venta De Autos on Maury, in Des Moines and am so happy about how this experience went. My sales agent was Brian and he was amazingly helpful. I looked at the van on Tuesday, then planned to test drive it on Wednesday. Work got really busy and I forgot to go!! I got in touch with Brian and rescheduled to test drive on Thursday. He wasn't there but told me to ask for Carlos. Carlos was a little busy and so I worked with Tom (not "the" Tom) and then Carlos and took a test drive. The van was super clean, inside and out and ran super good and I asked if they could hold it for me until the next day as I needed to get to a work meeting. They did!! It ends up being Friday and I was able to work with Brian again. He answered all my questions and helped me learn more things about the van. Thanks SO much Tom's Venta De Autos!!! If you need a used vehicle, they are fantastic to work with!!!

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a Jeep from Tom's Venta De Autos. Our salesmen Tom Phan was great to work with, he took the time to answer all our questions and provide extra details since we were purchasing from well over 100 miles away and out of state. Carlos was also great to deal with in the finance department. Overall the crew at Tom's was very friendly and made our purchase worry and pain free. We appreciate the efforts your crew provided to make our purchasing experience a great one.

This will be the 3rd vehicle we have got from Tom's auto group this will be the first from this new lot and my wife and I couldn't been more happier. Tom and Carlos are both awesome guys and worked with us even past their quitting time. My wife loves her new car. And like Arnold said in the Terminator we will be back for other cars in the future.
