2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L Plus

I purchased a used BMW from Mercedes-Benz of Marion. I had a great experience with everyone from the time I arrived. Julian greeted and helped me look at the vehicle that I was interested in. Bart was very helpful and quick with getting a deal that we agreed on done. Julian had all of the financials and title/licensing done quickly, very clear to understand and easily taken care of. I have had this vehicle for about 3 months now and everything has been great. I enjoy the car very much and there were no "hidden' issues or anything of that nature. I was in a bit of a time crunch on the day of purchase, but the detail department got the car clean and ready in time for me to make it to my appointment that day. Overall, I had a relaxed, no pressure and friendly experience here with very nice and helpful people. I hope and look forward to purchasing here again.

I think this is my favorite dealership I've ever been to in my life. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They're always fair priced with repairs and even throw in freebies here and there. I mean that never happens at a dealership!!!
