I typically hate going to auto shops as the once’s I’ve been to have taken advantage of the fact you’re a women who knows nothing of cars. I had the pleasure to speak with Mike and he was extremely nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. The vibe when you walk into the shop is very friendly and welcoming. Even though he couldn’t help with the issue, he let me know where to go and what is most likely wrong it. Even offered his assistance if I have any issues with the dealership. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be bring all vehicle issues here.
