I want to highly recommend this dealership, buying a car is not an easy experience, we looked at cars at least in 5 dealerships, the experience was ok in most of them, really bad in others, tho either the car really didnt match our expectations from the post, or the dealership was sneaky and added fees that were not published before that and even went as far as to lie in our faces thinking we wouldnt notice (Yes Carmel auto gallery im talking about you). We then found a car we loved in LaPorte indiana, because we had a 2.5/3 hour drive to look at it, we communicated thoroughly with Jeremy, the finance guy, and Nicholas, the car sales man, we asked a lot of questions and every time they answered in detail and patiently. They even held the car for us so we could come look at it 3 days later. The experience at the dealership was more than excellent, it was also fast and clear and they got us a much better rate than at any other place we had looked at and they had no added fees, i was impressed. I waited a couple weeks to post this as to ensure the quality of the car and as noted by my 5 star review, its been amazing. My wife is so happy with her car, its everything we expected of it. Even if you are in indy, i recommend the trip, its worth it. Thank you Jeremy and Nick
Went to some other dealerships and I have to say this one was by far the best one! Super friendly and they were willing to get what I wanted on the lot even though they didn't have it. I ended up getting a mustang they had on the lot instead of a camaro. I'm super happy with my purchase and I'm really glad they went the extra mile to offer getting me what I wanted, even though I ended up with something else.
I want to say thank you to Nick, my salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was interested in the Ford Maverick. Everything was perfect from the trade value they gave me on my car to signing the paperwork for my new Maverick. I ordered a bed liner and cover for the back. Communication was great from start to finish. Everyone I met was super nice.
