My daughter purchased her first car from Lenny last week during her spring break. She loves the car and had such a good experience with this dealership. She went to several dealerships, and this one impressed her with how much they were willing to work with her schedule so she could get an inspection before buying it. I will definitely check here when we need our next car.
A few weeks ago I bought a low milage Mercedes from Prospect Autos. I am someone who likes to do my due diligence, and they were more than happy to let me test drive the car and take it for an inspection at my convenience. When I brought back the inspection report, they took the time to go through the report with me, explaining what each of the items listed were. Then, they drove the vehicle into their shop and fixed the issues on the car before I even stated that I would be buying the vehicle. This made a huge difference in making my decision. Then, when I did decide to purchase the car, they assured me that they would allow me first priority to it while I compiled the funds. Overall, I was extremely impressed by both their customer service and transparency, and I would highly recommend purchasing from them too.
We purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Prospect Auto in March 2023. We went to look at one car and it wasn’t a fit for her. Lenny, the salesman, showed us another car that fit our criteria and we purchased it. What impressed me about this place is they have a mechanic shop on site. The mechanic was more than willing to take time and talk to me about the car which made me feel more confident. Even more impressive is that a week after we had the car, transmission fluid started leaking. We called Prospect. They got us in same day. They found the issue to be fluid pan and agreed to replace it at no charge. They could have said no. They could have argued. They didn’t do either and just offered to fix it. This shows how doing business with a small, independent dealer who cares about customers is a win!
