I started dealing with my salesman on the phone thru car gurus. He contacted me and pretty much almost had a deal through back and forth messages. Came into dealership to get car appraised and my salesman was friendly and non pushy. Friendly staff and overall non stressful car buying experience. Bought a car that day.
Awesome experience at Harper Ram in Alcoa TN. Found a truck I wanted and they worked with me in order to get across the state to purchase it. No games, gimmicks or used car shenanigans. They were honest, upfront and super helpful. Would highly recommend them!
