We realized we bought a used car almost 8+ years old and no car is perfect for a family of 7+ looking on a budget. Upon Jennifer’s return from PTO, she did a quick follow up asking how the van was going and mentioned the item we noticed. I asked her if Benny or herself was aware and upfront/honestly they were not. At this point, have gone far above and beyond expectations!!! They quickly were able to check with the owner and able to get the van back in a fixed within a week. Hands down, best customer service we’ve expected while buying a car. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. Ann is service is excellent. She has always been helpful and cares about the people who are bringing their vehicles in for service. Benny Westbury is always very nice. He just sold me a 2024 Explorer and his kindness is always the best. They are the best.
