2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L Plus

Totally pleasant experience. Every issue that I had was addressed, explained and taken care of. Even the sales staff were nice & friendly and kind enough to let me take a picture of them to attach to my review. All of the service providers were camera shy. Pricing was remarkably reasonable, much to my surprise! I'll be back and live over 50+ miles away.

I just moved up here from Georgia and my car was is need of major maintenance! My service advisor Patrick Roberts was so patient resourceful and knowledgeable… I just graduated from college and starting a new job So it can be overwhelming to be in a new place and need your car to be operable. He explained everything to me in detail helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed and got me back on the road. I have to come back in a few months for some more follow-up work, but I am glad I got fixed what needed to be done in the meantime!

This is my 2nd time buying a used car here in the last couple years and another stellar buying experience! This team is the best at telling you everything you want to know about your purchase and not dropping a bunch of unknown miscellaneous charges on you at the last minute when you're ready to make the deal and pay. I'll definitely be back again!
