2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus

Oli was great. Very nice young man. Really seems to care. Highly recommend him as a sales person. Tyler was great! I'm not always the easiest person to deal with. Love the car. Great deal! Just a minor issue with power window on passenger side. Hopefully will be fixed next month at dealership. It's now the 17th of April. Looks like they may not repair power window and lock on passenger side at no cost. Should have been repaired before car was sold.

Working with Chevy of Columbus was wonderful! Draven and Corey took good care of me and treated me like family! Everyone was kind and courteous and hopefully as I go forward with them thru the years with my new purchase I will continue to have the same kind of interaction. I am certain I will! I recently purchased a new vehicle from Chevy. My sales consultant was Derrick Prewitt . I had looked at a new black Equinox premiere when I came in the next day Derrick had it ready and also said I have a pearl white premiere. I checked it out and fell in love with it.
