2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus

I bought my first car from here a few months ago, and had an amazing experience. Not only did I get a great car at a great price, but later on when I ran into some engine issues, the owner Chris went above and beyond to help me out. He got everything fixed quickly and made the whole situation stress-free. Since then, the car has been running perfectly! You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, even after the sale is made. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto shop. I purchased my truck last week at metro west and I was very pleased with my experience and the overall ease of sale. I loved the truck when I saw it on the lot however on the test drive I noticed an issue with the brakes, metro west assured me that the issue would be resolved. I purchased the vehicle and the next day metro west had my truck ready for the road with all new breaks. The truck drives great and I could not be more satisfied with my purchasing experience these people were genuine unlike the many other sleezy dealerships I ran into along the way. My husband and I bought a truck from metro west...the process was quick and easy not painful like at other dealerships. Vanessa was very responsive in answering my emails and updating me with everything. They worked hard to get the truck registered on Dec 31st and Chris even stood later than closing time so we could pick up the truck and explaining all the details of the truck he wasn't in a rush like most dealers would be. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
