2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus

One word.. Ahhh-mazing!!! I'm seriously blown away by the job E&N did on my suv! To say it was "dirty" before wouldn't do it justice. I practically live in my Jeep during the summer with camping and lake trips, and a messy muddy pup always in tow.. They had their work cut out for them. And ohh my gosh did they ever EXCEED my expectations!! I don't even think it looked this good when I drove it off the lot brand new. I would highly recommend them and I wish I had gotten before pictures so I could really show all the work they did.

I just wanted to give E&N a huge thanks and share with other people what a great company these folks run. I recently got a car and needed to just check it out to make sure everything was running good and see if it needed any repairs. They got me in the same day I called and within about an hour had estimates for some minor repairs and were able to tell me the car was safe to drive. This was a service I wasn't charged for. Well it's been about 8 months and I've taken it in a handful of times to work on things. They are always very easy to schedule, usually with same day availability unless it was a larger project. Their prices are very competitive and saved me several hundreds of dollars compared to the quote I received at Les Schwab. My partner even got a simple oil change done in less than an hour and saved about $30 from the Jiffy he usually goes to. Even when there has been any questions or follow up concerns the staff has been super helpful and responsive and I've never felt like I was a bother or being mislead in anyway. As a woman who doesn't really know very much about cars I really appreciate having a shop I feel comfortable in and that is so trustworthy. Hands down one of the best mechanic shops in the area.

We took 2 cars to them for detailing. One was our dog limo which was absolutely filthy, coated in mud and fur. The cars are immaculate and look new. Very nice people and great work!
