2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus

This was my 3rd car purchased through PORT Jervis Auto Mall. While the two previous experiences were also quite positive, this was a distinctly positive experience. I had been hit from behind by a reckless driver who totaled my car and the auto mall did absolutely everything to get me into a new car and they did it with zero stress. Had the pleasure of having Antonio, Sales Rep, handle many of the details and quickly. And, as always, the finance manager, Larry, seamlessly got me a very nice deal on my replacement car and did it with his usual professionalism and great care. These are great people to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Great service. Explained the whole procedure of purchasing and installing a new key fob. Ordered the fob and was delivered within 24 hours. Appointment was made within a week. Called me the moment car was finished. Easy drop off and pick up. Communication was awesome.

I got my jetta from port jervis auto mall with no trade in. (First car)! I haven’t had a single issue with the car. Just routine maintenance stuff. It’s a 2019- I got it start of 2021 :) the transaction was quick and easy with no BS. I fall more in love with the car every day. I’d buy another car here in the future if they have the model I want!
