Unfortunately the engine blew on my daughters Kia. We had it towed to Kia and new employee, Ray, was tasked with dealing with us ???? He immediately let me know that the engine was part of a settlement and would be covered, along with the rental that we got almost immediately. Throughout the month and a half that it took to replace the motor, Ray was excellent about being honest and keeping us updated on the status of the car. He was personable and friendly. I really appreciated his customer service skills during this time that could’ve been much more stressful than it was. Thank you Ray and the Kia of Lansing mechanics!!
