This is the second time my girlfriend has shopped at Travers and both times Mike has made magic happen ! I was just looking on the lot and seen my dream vehice a Cadillac xt5 Rich came out to greet me i told him i was only looking didnt want to waist his time he told me his time was my time!! He got the keys for me and gave me the run down of the vehicle even let me drive it !! He said it wouldnt hurt to see if he could make my dream come true???????? i said sure not thinking i could be Approved 20 mins later he came back with a smile on his face and said YOUR APROVED! Don’t waste your time at any other dealership than Travers. They took really great care of us by getting us into a great vehicle. We were given a surprising good offer for a trade in on the car we had. Jeff the salesman was awesome! He made us feel very comfortable and like we’ve known each other our whole lives. We got a great deal on our new car and with all of the warranties that came with it. I did some research after we made our purchase and I found the same exact car we bought at another dealership and it was 6K more, double the mileage, and the monthly payment would’ve been over 200 more a month than what we got with Travers. Thank you so much Jeff and all the other kind and friendly staff that we had the privilege of getting to meet for taking such great care of me and my wife.
