From early email discussions to the in person test drive and sales discussion, the team was very professional. We identified some mechanical issues on the truck they were able to resolve them quickly. And I was so thankful for their patience as I worked on my financing with the bank. They also were very respectful of my unique situation with my wife in a wheelchair which made trips to the location more challenging. They showed so much patience throughout the process.

Words can't describe how amazing the staff was. Everyone was very professional and clean. The hospitality was fantastic. When I walked in one of the workers called me by the wrong name and we joked about it and had a short conversation which made the place very welcoming. I had service done to my car and Gavin was very helpful. This was my first time being to this dealership and I absolutely loved it. I am thinking about getting a second car and so Jeff in sales spent a couple hours giving me an idea of what I want. I have been to a couple dealerships and this is by far the best. Jeff wasn't pushy on me purchasing something today but was very helpful into helping me make my decision on what I would like. I'm still stuck between two different vehicles so once I make my decision I'm definitely coming back to Sam Pierce Chevrolet. I am beyond grateful for what their service department did it gave me time think about what I want my second vehicle to be. I drive an hour and 20 minutes to this dealership if that tells you anything.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer and dealership! Gino was absolutely amazing, he was very thorough and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we had questions about. He was friendly and personable, also super patient with me and I didn’t feel a sense that I was being pushed. We ended up leaving with basically my dream car with the help of Gino and Josh from finance. 10/10 would recommend going to Sam Pierce, ask for Mr. Gino Pugh because he will get you right!! Couldn’t say enough great things about this place, and they’ve definitely got my business for years to come!
