The waiting room was lovely, even had a little coffee station. The assistant checked on me multiple times with updates. As there were multiple people in the room with me. I could see them checking with other people as well over and over for anything oddity. A example would be a ~$120 oil change. They updated the customer as that was a unexpected charge and explained why. I never thought it would be a enjoyable experience for me but it was!
Well informed staff about product. Willing to keep the client posted on delivery. Nearly as excited as I was that I received my 2024 Cayenne Orange Chevy Trax. She drives like a dream and is the best looking car and color of car available as to date.
