I purchased my 2012 Yukon Denali just over a month ago,Truly a great experience all around. Before I had even committed to buying the truck josh had it sent out 2 different times to get serviced for minor issues. They stuck to the initial price they told me and truly had my best interest throughout the whole purchasing process. I even got a thank you card and a steyhower mug in the mail today, it’s the little things that count. Josh was the perfect salesman I could imagine, straight to the point and not trying to sell you on something you wouldn’t want or need, and was super fast at responding. Will definitely be buying cars from here in the future

I had inquired about a 2019 Chevy Trax from their website and they were very quick to let me know that the vehicle was still available. Let this be known that this was my first time basically purchasing a vehicle all by myself. Before I had assistance. This was a big girl moment for me. I test drove it as well and Tim had no problem answering all the concerns as I had about it. After not noticing any problems with the vehicle during the test drive, I had full intention of buying it at this point and Tim said he would hold it for me. I finally went in and did the transaction which took less than an hour and I took it home, signed off, taken off the lot officially. Upon driving to Holland, I noticed the check engine light turned on (I took this car on the highway twice during my test drive and there was no check engine light) I had a moment of panic and got it diagnosed immediately at Auto Zone and they said it was an issue with the turbo. I immediately emailed Tim and at this point I figured according to warranty that I would have to pay partial for any repairs during the 30-day. So I asked what repair shop he would recommend as it said that the auto shop would have to be approved by my dealership to be within warranty. However Tim apologized about the check engine light and said that I could go in, drop off the car and they would get it fixed. And they said they would even get me a loaner vehicle to use while it was getting fixed. Tim also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and I was finally able to pick it up on my day off from work. Again, I am a new buyer so I had no idea that they would do that for me and thought I would have to cough up funds to get it repaired myself. The staff here care about their clients and it shows. I'm glad that they helped me make my first independent car purchase and didn't hesitate to assist with any issues. :)

Great service, dependable. First time buyer, but they seemed reliable: were recommend by a friend who had bought two vehicles before.
