Seth did a fantastic job getting my hand controls installed on our new Honda Ridgeline. He had to do some modification of the parts sent as they were not exactly correct for our vehicle. He was able to get us going and we were roadworthy until replacement parts could be obtained. All the staff at the Eugene Oregon store are great and really work hard to get the job done right. My experience with Performance Mobility's service has been nothing but Excellent. Everyone at Performance Mobility has been professional in every way. From my first conversation with Kathy about my need for a Wheel Chair Accessible Van until my purchase and continuing to the present as their service technician, Seth, takes care of minor details that need his attention. My needs are continually being addressed with efficiency and speed. I would recommend Performance Mobility to anyone in need of mobility assistance.

All the employees at performance mobility were courteous and helpful to us. However, Kathy bent over backwards to assist us in obtaining a mobility van. We had initially tried a pickup truck with a lift to load my husbands wheelchair into the bed of the pickup. However, this method turned out to be unsafe for him and he ended up breaking a leg while trying to get into the pickup. I called Kathy, explained what had happened and asked how to get a mobility van. She worked up an estimate and found a facility that was willing to give a good trade in value for the truck. She also acted as liason with the VA, who agreed to pay for the conversions to the van. We expected the process with the VA to take months and instead it only took a couple of weeks with her assistance. While this process was going on she made sure we had transportation. Our insurance would only rent a van for 7 days so Kathy was able to provide a loner van until our new van was ready. We can't thank Kathy and performance mobility enough for the hard work and dedication to providing services to our family. Kathy even went one step further than needed by requesting the VA to provide an automated locking system for his mobility chair so I would not have to get on hands and knees to lock his chair in manually as I have difficulty getting up and down. So, thank you so much for your help. We will be forever grateful to you and will gladly refer others to your company if they need assistance. Terry and Ben Willis Retired/Disabled Veterans
