2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

Couldn’t be happier with our experiance. We looked at several car manufacturers and Kia came out on top. Their inventory on the model we were considering was better than the two dealers closer to us. Our sales person (Rodney) was patient, knowledgeable and not high pressure. The dealership worked with us to come to a price we felt was good. Final paperwork went smoothly and the car prepared nicely. Facility was inviting and well maintained. Service area has 9 bays.

I made contact with Angie /Angela , who I only dealt with when calling to explain why my car was towed in and again at pickup , not knowing it was the same person. She was very nice , knowledgeable , and by far the most professional person I have dealt with in a customer service experience in a very long time. The custom in front of me had some hold up with getting a payment to post , it appeared, as she was so polite to that customer ! I was also treated with extreme professionalism and patience, and I left feeling much better than when I walked in. Thank you Angie!

The service was great and Christian kept in contact with me about my car either through text or call. My whole engine needed to be changed and so the 4 stars is for the warranty they give you for a new engine. Not enough coverage.
