Good experience, fair prices, and worked with our price enough to help us get an even better value on a warranty. I'm not usually a huge fan of warranties, but costs on repairs are going up (like everything else) so its nice to have an extended warranty. Bottom line for us was this was a fair and good place to get a used car. Treated us very nicely, and seemed genuine and forth-coming. That's the best scenario you can find when shopping in a world where so many people think anything goes. For us anything truthful and forthcoming goes a long way. Nevertheless, the car was in excellent condition and in good care except that it got a bit dirt on the windshield with a minor scratch but overall, it's still in good shape. They let us take our time looking at the vehicle(2012 subaru forester), were honest about a small chip in the windshield, and gave me an amazing deal without me having to ask.
