I purchased a vehicle from this company three weeks ago. I had a very pleasant sales experience with the sales associate. She was friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. She had all of the paperwork prepared and ready to sign when I made the decision to buy. I felt like I got a very fair deal. This past week I had an error code appear on my dash. I took it to a dealership for diagnosis. Although no error code had been present at the time of my test drive or right after my purchase, I contacted this company and told them about the problem. They were more than willing to work with me and correct the issue to the extent they could.I was VERY impressed and appreciative. Although the problem was nothing they were aware of at the time of the sale, they still wanted to make it right. I am very impressed by their willingness to help. THANK YOU!
