2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

We had an amazing experience. We serviced o it Nissan Armada and the customer service was phenomenal. Christian was very helpful with all of my questions and even got us a shuttle service to go to a restaurant. When I came back all of the diagnostic were clearly explained and the services needed were performed in a professionally manner. We will definitely come back again! Thank you!

We were trying to get home from being out of town and we had an issue that we thought could be serious and were worried that we may get stuck in the area for a couple days waiting on repairs. But the service department was able to quickly diagnose our car and they preformed an alignment on the wheels and got us back on the road within an hour. I went Into Nissan in Springfield I was upset and truly not the ideal customer . But that changed very fast just by meeting there sales manager he was one of the nice sales person I think I have ever met ,wasn't push ,he was just there to help us get into a car .They close at 6:00 pm and not one of the sales people cared ,I felt like they would have sayed to midnight and been happy to do it .Thank u all for one of the best experiences buying a car I ever had.
